Q. Do you have a site/or are based in a particular woodland?
A. We don’t have a site, instead we find sites that are close to you, minimising your travel time and costs. We gain permissions and arrive at least an hour before you so the site and activities are ready for when you arrive.
Q. Our clients have specific needs – can you design a programme specifically for them?
A. Yes of course – we work closely with you to create meaningful, nature-based wellbeing and educational experiences that inspire, build teams, friendships, self-esteem and confidence helping your clients/staff achieve their best.
Q. What happens when we contact you?
A. We will arrange to come and see you and talk about your project needs, hours per session, amount of sessions, locations. We will then write a project proposal with costs and email it to you. If you are happy with it, we will then find a site and agree a start date and write a Contract of Service. We normally expect half the invoice up front, with the remaining balance paid after completion of the project.
